Preliminary Design Services for Roofing and/or

We provide preliminary
design services for either roofing and/or waterproofing to address the entire
exterior building envelope. These services are designed for
clients who have budgeting in place and funds allocated to begin their
project. Less detailed than an Evaluation Report, this service
assembles the existing conditions to create a design
document to address what must be done to correct the
identified problems and what the real-time cost of
the project will be. It provides you with all the facility data required to develop a
project manual and subsequent request for bid.
